Why your registered mobile number is important for Zebpay account?

Your mobile number is your unique ID in Zebpay. Your bitcoin receiving address, bitcoin balance and your transaction details are connected with your mobile number. We are sending one-time-password (OTP), your confidential PIN and all confirmation SMS only on your registered mobile number. So please use your Zebpay account with registered mobile number only.

In case you lose your phone, you can immediately raise a query at ticket.zebpay.com from your registered email id or call on our number 1860-233-0474. Also provide us the alternative contact number to communicate with you, after authentication from our compliance department only, we will block outgoing transactions of your Zebpay account.

If you get the access of your registered mobile number in future, you can always download Zebpay app in your device and can register your account again with existing mobile number. Make sure to get the new sim card with the same number from your operator. Once your account is registered with your existing mobile number you can raise a query at ticket.zebpay.com from your registered email id or call on our number 1860-233-0474. After authentication by our compliance department, we will enable outgoing transactions of your Zebpay account.
