You can see 2 status of your deposit order:
1. Pending - This indicates that you have requested for deposit order in Zebpay app. After placing deposit order, you will need to transfer exact amount from your bank to Zebpay's bank account. It is mandatory to upload bank deposit proof in Zebpay app. This will help us verify your transaction and update your Zebpay Euro balance.
Until the process is complete, your deposit transaction will be in pending status
2. Successful / Unsuccessful - After you upload your bank deposit proof of the same requested amount in Zebpay app, our team will verify and successfully complete deposit transaction. If the deposit proof is not uploaded in 24 hours, a mismatch in amounts specified in Zebpay app and amount transferred, or a third-party funds transfer is noticed; your deposit order will be canceled.
